My family moved to Hilton Head Island in 1963 - back in the days when we had one grocery store, the post office was in the grocery store, there were no stop lights, doctors, movie theaters or libraries.  Our Lowcountry has changed and progressed through the years but the beauty of our natural surroundings is still evident every day.
